Currently there are 3 items that you can change:
Itemize Contributions Over
Itemize Expenses Over
Hide Ethic memo if Payee under Itemized Level
If those items are not set the Level for the first two is $200 (regular) and we show all the details for ethic memos.
Simply change Reporting Itemized Detail Levels to the values you want (not to exceed $200) and check the box to Hiding Ethic memo if the payee is under the itemized level.
Many of our clients prefer to have all the detail on the report so that is why the ethic memos are not hidden by default setting.
You find these by opening the Committee Card (Under the Application menu, then Lists, then Committee, choose the Committee - should be ID #1). The tab label is Reporting Itemized Detail Levels.
