Trail Blazer Anti-Spam Policy

Trail Blazer is committed to permission-based email marketing practices, and as a result has established and prohibits the transmission, distribution or delivery of and unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial email ("spam").

If you’ve received unsolicited mail from one of our users, please notify us immediately at abuse@trailblz.com. Every complaint is investigated, and you will receive a response from our abuse team detailing the action we’re taking to deal with the issue.

What is spam?

Spam is commercial email or unsolicited bulk email, including “junk mail”, which has not been requested by the recipient. Spam messages are the opposite of permission-based email, which are normally anticipated, personal, relevant and/or associated with a pre-existing business or personal relationship.

Is there law against sending spam?

Yes, the federal CAN-SPAM Act (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing), designed to control unwanted electronic mail, was signed into law in December 2003 and took effect January 1, 2004.
