Website Email Notification
1. Open the Voter/Donor that you want to add notification to. 
2. Go to the [Admin] tab page, then click [Attributes] you should see to main groups [security]  and [Notification by Email], click the plus sign to expand the [Notification by Email] then [Web Services] check all notify appropriate messages you would like to receive. 
3. Go to the [Setting] tab page and type the email address you would like to be notified at in the [Email Addresses] [Notification] text box. 
Note: You will to repeat theses steps for anyone who wishes to receive an email notification from Trail Blazer web services.
