Multiple Database Login

Author: Kristenson, Joel
Last Updated: 2018-01-31

Overview

Trail Blazer allows logon access to multiple databases (assuming you have the DB name and you are set up as a user for that particular DB).  This article will show you how to set up an advanced login that will allow for easy access to all of your Trail Blazer databases.

Steps to Add Multiple Databases

Launch the application to open the Trail Blazer login screen and Tap the [Advanced] button.

Leave the Locations field blank.  Trail Blazer will automatically figure out where the database is located.

In the Names field enter all the database names you will be connecting to.  Each name must be separated by a comma.  The database names are provided by Trail Blazer or the other Trail Blazer customer you are connecting with.  Call if you are unsure of the exact database name:  Contact

Now exit out of the logon screen and re-launch Trail Blazer. Click the name drop down menu and the new shared databases will be listed.

You can now select the database you wish to load by entering your appropriate User ID and Password for that database.

Click [OK] to launch your selected database.
